Update your details and password

Change your name, phone, company or password from Settings.

Update your details

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under Profile Information, update your first name, last name, phone or company.
  3. Click Save.

Your email address can't be changed here. Ask your workspace team if you need it changed.

Change your password

  1. Go to Settings and find Change Password.
  2. Enter a New Password and type it again in Confirm New Password.
  3. Click Update password.

Not getting our emails

Add the workspace's booking address to your contacts. If you use a filter such as SaneBox or Gmail tabs, move one of our emails to your inbox so future ones land there.
