We did not start with a pitch deck. We started with a building full of desks, a waitlist, and members asking the same questions every week.
Work This Way began as the booking system for Orchard on Willis, a coworking space in a heritage building. The tools on the market could technically do the job, but every task took one more screen than it should.
So we built our own, and we watched people use it. Each time someone hesitated, we asked why, and took that step away. Each time an admin reached for a spreadsheet, we brought that job into the app.
The result is a booking system that feels obvious. Now we are opening it up to every space that wants to work this way.
